Before confirming your order

Review the item, add it to the cart and enter the required details. You can correct items, quantities and address before confirming. Creating an account is optional. The final step shows the product total with taxes and the payment method; accept the terms and the separate shipping arrangement using initially unchecked boxes before selecting “Place order with obligation to pay”.

• Specimen or batch, scientific name, size, condition, presentation, quantity and any relevant characteristic or restriction.
• Commercial availability does not confirm a carrier or route permit. The seller checks the address, preparation, documents and restrictions before dispatch. Spain and other European countries may have specific restrictions by territory, postcode, weather or plant type.
• Before confirming, you will see products, discounts, taxes and the euro total payable to SUCCULON. That payment excludes shipping and does not mean free delivery. After payment, we agree the shipping service, cost and payment method in the order chat. No extra charge or dispatch occurs without your acceptance.
• Available payment method and the obligation to pay on confirmation; you can correct details before submitting.
• Purchase terms, shipping, privacy, withdrawal and returns information, including any applicable specific exception and disclosed direct return costs.
• Confirmation and a copy of the conditions by email; no account is required.

Where applicable, the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt; a living plant is not automatically excluded. For withdrawal or a problem with an order: succulon@gmail.com. Do not email full card details. The privacy information explains order processing; agreeing to advertising is not required to buy.

If shipping terms are not agreed

If we cannot agree on shipping terms, you can cancel the order before dispatch and receive a full refund of the amount paid for the products, including taxes, to the original payment method. Request it in the order chat or at succulon@gmail.com. You do not need to receive or return plants that have not been dispatched. This does not limit your other rights.
