Cookies and similar technologies
Legal information for the catalog, accounts, forms, alerts and technologies used by the website.
6.1 What they are and how they are managed
The website uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies to remember language, session, security and privacy choices. Non-essential technologies require a prior choice where required by law. The panel provides accept, reject and configure options and allows the decision to be changed again through the visible cookie control.
6.2 Observed technical inventory
| Name or family | Category | Purpose | Observed or intended duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| succulon_cookie_consent | Essential | Stores the version, date and selected categories. | 365 days |
| succulon_site_lang | Essential | Remembers the selected language. | 365 days |
| pll_language (if set) | Essential/preference | Maintains the Polylang language. | According to the active configuration; subject to periodic technical verification |
| wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wp-settings-* | Essential | Authentication, security and session/account settings. | Session or WordPress technical period |
| woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* | Essential | WooCommerce technical state; does not enable payment while the guard is active. | Session or WooCommerce technical period |
| succulon_interest_tokens | Preferences | Orders content according to locally stored interests. | 45 days; only after optional consent |
| wc_order_attribution_* / sbjs_* | Analytics | Source attribution if activated. | Blocked without consent; validate provider and period |
| _ga*, _hj*, _fbp, _fbc, gcl* | Analytics/marketing | Families recognized by the blocker; no active integration was detected in the audited public code. | Must not be created without consent |
The inventory is based on the public runtime and deployed code reviewed on 25 August 2026. A real cookie and network scan will be repeated in ES, EN and RU after changes to plugins, hosting, analytics or marketing and during periodic reviews of this policy.
6.3 Essential cookies
Strictly necessary cookies support security, login, language and recording the user's choice. They are not used for advertising. Where a technical cookie is not essential to the requested function, it will be reclassified and made subject to the corresponding consent.
6.4 Analytics, marketing and preferences
No active Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity, Matomo, Plausible or Segment tag was detected in the public code reviewed. The banner contains prepared categories, but accepting a category must not activate services that are not documented. Any future integration will require updates to the provider, purpose, cookies, duration, transfer and withdrawal mechanism.
The succulon_interest_tokens cookie personalizes content ordering and must be presented as a separate preference or classified unambiguously. The consent interface does not currently show a separate preferences category; until that mapping is completed, the cookie must not be created without the applicable consent.
6.5 Withdrawal and browser controls
Users can reopen the panel and reject optional categories. They may also delete or block cookies in their browser, although this may end sessions or prevent language and preferences from being remembered. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
6.6 Updates
The policy date and version must change when a provider, cookie, purpose or period is added. As an operating practice, the choice should not be retained indefinitely; the current panel retains it for one year, subject to validation against the current AEPD guidance.
