2.2 Purpose

The website provides information about SUCCULON, collectible plants, care, availability and intended preparation, together with account, contact and alert areas. In the current version there is no operational process for concluding or paying for an online purchase.

2.3 Access and use

Users undertake to use the website lawfully, provide accurate data when creating an account or contacting SUCCULON, and refrain from attempting to bypass security measures, access other users' accounts, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or reuse content without authorization.

SUCCULON may temporarily suspend functions for maintenance, security, regulatory compliance or correction of information. Where an interruption affects an existing relationship, the rights available to the user will be preserved.

2.4 Intellectual and industrial property

Unless otherwise stated, the texts, specimen photographs, visual structure, distinctive signs and other proprietary content are protected by applicable law. Private viewing does not grant a license to reproduce, transform, distribute or commercially exploit that content. Third-party trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.

2.5 Links and external content

Links to botanical sources, authorities or external services are provided for further information. SUCCULON does not continuously control those websites and is not responsible for external changes, without prejudice to removing links when it becomes aware that they are unlawful or unsafe.

2.6 Liability

SUCCULON seeks to maintain accurate and secure information, but botanical and care content is general and may need to be adapted to the specimen and its environment. No clause limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability where the law does not permit this.

2.7 Communications and complaints

Legal or privacy enquiries and questions about use of the website may be sent to succulon@gmail.com. The former European online dispute resolution platform ceased operating in 2025, so this notice does not contain an obsolete link to that platform. Before sales are enabled, counsel must confirm the applicable complaints channel and alternative dispute resolution entity, where mandatory or where SUCCULON elects to participate.

2.8 Applicable law

The website is governed by Spanish law. Where a person acts as a consumer, the mandatory rules and protective jurisdiction applicable in their place of residence will also be respected.
