You can buy published items that are in stock. These terms apply to payment for the products and their taxes. The seller agrees preparation and shipping with you in the order chat.
Before confirming, you will see products, discounts, taxes and the euro total payable to SUCCULON. That payment excludes shipping and does not mean free delivery. After payment, we agree the shipping service, cost and payment method in the order chat. No extra charge or dispatch occurs without your acceptance.
Collection by appointment: Camino de la Ratera, 22, 08732 Castellví de la Marca (Barcelona), Spain. Request collection through the contact form. The preparation period and collection appointment or window are confirmed in writing after payment for the products. Wait for our confirmation before travelling.
The product is paid for on the website. Collection includes no carriage and creates no amount payable to a carrier. Any preparation or packaging charge must appear before payment; unaccepted surcharges are not added.
Collecting a purchase concluded online does not remove the rights applicable to a distance purchase, including withdrawal where applicable and rights for lack of conformity. Handover is recorded when the order is physically received.

Commercial availability does not confirm a carrier or route permit. The seller checks the address, preparation, documents and restrictions before dispatch. Spain and other European countries may have specific restrictions by territory, postcode, weather or plant type.
If we cannot agree a permitted delivery, we will contact you to resolve the order while respecting your rights, including a refund where due. No unaccepted surcharge or indefinite delay will be imposed. Ask about conditions in the chat or at succulon@gmail.com.
Before dispatch on a customs route, the responsibilities, documents, taxes and applicable charges must be agreed. Europe is not treated as a single tax or plant-health area. This page promises no tariff or delivery time for Correos or another carrier.

If shipping conditions change, agree them again before dispatch and before charging for that shipping.
The listing will state whether the specimen travels bare-root or with a pot and growing medium, together with relevant preparation conditions. We will meet applicable plant-passport and traceability requirements; legal origin, CITES rules and any required permits or certificates will also be checked for each taxon and route. Plants do not all need the same document, and an EU plant passport does not replace an export certificate where one is required.
Extreme weather or an unforeseen incident may require delivery to be reorganised. We will inform you and agree a solution without leaving delivery open indefinitely or reducing rights concerning delay. On receipt, reasonably inspect the specimen and follow its care instructions. Report problems as soon as possible; a recommendation to report promptly does not shorten legal claim periods. SUCCULON handles the buyer’s issue even where a separate claim is made against the carrier.
If we cannot agree on shipping terms, you can cancel the order before dispatch and receive a full refund of the amount paid for the products, including taxes, to the original payment method. Request it in the order chat or at succulon@gmail.com. You do not need to receive or return plants that have not been dispatched. This does not limit your other rights.

Public parcel prices do not confirm that a carrier accepts live plants or allows shipping payment on delivery. After you pay for the products, SUCCULON checks the carrier, route, packaging, full cost and payment arrangements in the order chat. This happens before dispatch and separate shipping payment. The calculator does not book shipping or change checkout. Sources are reviewed manually; the review deadline does not guarantee the carrier’s price.
