Estimate shipping
Shipping calculator
Guide estimate from Barcelona province. It updates automatically and averages references from Correos, GLS, SEUR, MRW and UPS where the route allows it.
What preparation includes
The charge is not transport alone: each parcel is prepared to reduce moisture, movement and uncertainty before dispatch.
Specimen check
We check firmness, roots, pests and destination compatibility before confirming dispatch.
Bare-root preparation
The plant travels without pot, planter or soil, with roots cleaned and dried.
Dry stable packing
Light dry protection keeps the plant still without retaining moisture or crushing the body.
Tracking and receiving guide
You receive tracking and a short guide for opening, checking and acclimating without immediate watering.

Preparation and packing
The priority is a dry, stable plant that is easy to inspect on arrival. If the specimen or destination needs extra documents, we confirm it before dispatch.
- Pot and soil removed before the parcel is prepared.
- Clean, aired and dry roots to reduce retained moisture.
- Dry protection around roots and body to limit movement.
- Box closed only when the weather and logistics window is reasonable.
When orders leave
We use short dispatch windows from Barcelona so living plants do not spend weekends or holidays sitting in depots.
Monday to Wednesday, after confirming specimen condition, destination and applicable documents.
Dispatch can wait during cold, extreme heat or expected route delays.
We do not force dispatch when the parcel could be held longer than necessary.
You receive confirmation, final shipping cost, tracking and receiving guidance before or at dispatch.
Available options
We use short dispatch windows, dry packing and tracking. If a destination needs extra review, shipping is not charged automatically.

Rules we follow
- Plants intended for planting are handled under EU plant-health rules. When plant passport or specific traceability is required, it is prepared before dispatch.
- We do not ship plants with soil. Bare-root shipping reduces weight, retained moisture and the risk of moving pests or regulated material.
- Cacti, succulents and certain genera can be subject to protected-species trade rules. If there is legal or documentation uncertainty, the order is reviewed before payment or dispatch.
- Online shops must show price, taxes and delivery charges before payment. Checkout therefore calculates destination, quantity and included-shipping threshold before order confirmation.
- Transport issues are reviewed with photos of the parcel and plant. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this guide.
Quick questions
Short answers before buying. Sensitive cases are reviewed manually.
Can it ship with the pot?
Usually no. We ship bare-root to reduce weight, moisture and plant-health risk.

Temperature, holidays or the condition of the specimen can make waiting a few days safer.
What if it arrives damaged?

Is the calculator final?
It is an average estimate. The final figure is confirmed in cart, checkout or manually before shipping is charged.
