The SUCCULON customer app
SUCCULON is preparing a native app for browsing cacti and succulents, saving favourites and viewing your own orders.
What is being tested
The app for iPhone/iPad, Android and Mac is in testing. The test version offers the public catalogue, full-screen photographs, favourites and interests. Connect your existing SUCCULON account to view your own profile and orders. Favourites and interests stay on the device and do not grant marketing consent.
Purchases and account data
Purchases are completed on the SUCCULON website. Shipping service and cost are agreed separately; the recipient pays for shipping. You can submit an account deletion request in the app. See the privacy policy for the process and information about retained data.
Join the Android test
We are recruiting volunteers for a closed test on Google Play. You need an Android device with Google Play and a Google account. Participants will need to remain opted in for at least 14 consecutive days after joining and share feedback about the app. No purchase is required.
The test build and opt-in link are being prepared. To receive the joining instructions, email succulon@gmail.com with the subject “SUCCULON Android test”. State that you would like to take part and include the Google account email to admit to the test. Do not post your email in comments or send your password. This request is for organising the test and does not subscribe you to marketing. See the privacy policy for information about enquiries and your rights.
Availability
The app is not yet publicly released on the App Store or Google Play. Verified store links will be added after publication. Use the website for purchases and account management today.
