When a page sells an individual plant, the order is prepared with that same plant.
Checked before dispatch
Before dispatch we check firmness, visible roots, pests, moisture and packing stability.
Exact plants, not an endless catalogue
The selection is deliberately small. We prefer fewer plants explained properly over a long list with vague images.
Botanical precision
Botanical names matter, and so does saying when an identification is still pending. Honest notes protect the buyer.
Collector value
Form, age, roots, growth, cultivation and condition matter more than repeating a rarity label.
Choosing a plant is easier when you know what you are buying and where to get help with your order.
Plant configuration and shipping are separate
Each listing shows confirmed available options: a pot with substrate or bare roots. If an option needs confirmation, ask before buying. A photograph does not promise an included pot. Plant prices include tax; shipping is paid separately on receipt, with its cost agreed before dispatch.
Measurements with a clear meaning
Plant measurements and pot measurements are different facts. Check whether a number is height, width or diameter. Unknown plant measurements are not replaced with package dimensions.
Photographs you can inspect
Open the product gallery and compare the available photographs. Maximum resolution depends on the uploaded original. Confirmation that a photo shows the actual plant and included pot must be stated separately; an illustrative image makes no such promise.
An order you can return to
Your account keeps order history and conversations together. Your selected configuration is recorded with the order. If you need help after delivery, attach photographs in that order’s conversation. Marketing preferences are managed separately.
